Gentle stop (for grown-ups)

Off. A grown-up can set a soft reminder to take a break.

Gentle stop

After this much play, the fidgets fade to a calm "time for a break" screen. Nothing is lost, and only a grown-up can add more time.

Tilt to roll the marble home

A marble maze fidget is a simple thing: a twisty channel and one heavy marble. Ours works the same way. Press on the board and drag in the direction you want to tilt it, and the marble rolls that way, picking up speed and bumping softly off the walls. Steer it all the way to the hole to finish.

On a phone or tablet, tap Tilt to steer by tipping the device itself. Some devices ask your permission first; the tilt reading never leaves the device.

No timer, no falling out

There is no clock and no way to lose. The marble cannot drop off the edge, and if you get stuck you can simply roll it back. Each maze is a little longer than the last, and the first one is short enough for younger children.

A digital marble maze is also a good stand-in for the real toy with very small children, since there is no loose marble. It is part of Family Plus, with no ads on any plan.

Questions parents ask

How do I play the marble maze?

Drag your finger in the direction you want the maze to tilt, and the marble rolls that way. Guide it to the hole to finish the maze. On a phone or tablet, you can also tap Tilt and tip the device itself.

Is there a timer?

No. Take as long as you like. The marble cannot fall out and there is no way to lose.

Why does Tilt ask for permission?

Some phones and tablets ask before a web page can read how the device is tilted. That reading stays on the device and is never sent anywhere.

Is the marble maze free?

It is part of Family Plus. The pop-it, bubble wrap and spinner are free.

Is this the same as a marble maze fidget toy?

It plays like one: a fabric or plastic maze where you push a marble through the channels. This one is on screen, so there is no small marble to lose or swallow.
